Learn a traditional Northern Italy gnocchi , and perfect sauce for it.
Service Description
Two hours in the laboratory, during which each student, starting from the basic ingredients, will try his hand to making Potato Gnocchi Dough; •Mix the dought; •Shape the gnocchi, Making perfect sauce for this dish. Following the class, tasting of pasta produced during the lesson, together with one glass of prosecco, wine or juice and . Additional information: Booking is obligatory. Materials and equipment are provided. The reimbursement fee isn’t foreseen for early withdrawal of the student or in the case of their absence. Gluten, lactose, and dried fruits are present in the rooms.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / postponement policy. Please note, if you either cancel or postpone your booked class you will incur the following charges: - within 24 hours or no-show or late attendance = 100% - between 3 days and 24 hours = 20% (note 1) - more than 3 days = no charge Note 1: You will pay the 20% cancellation charge when you attend the rebooked class. There are no refunds if you cancel the class. Late attendance = 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time.
