Learn to make traditional Italian potato gnocchi and two delicious sauces from scratch.
Service Description
Join Mirella for a hands-on gnocchi-making class in Newmarket, Auckland. Learn how to prepare traditional potato gnocchi from scratch, from selecting the ingredients to mixing, shaping and cooking the dough. During the class, you will also learn how to prepare two sauces to enjoy with your gnocchi. At the end of the experience, sit down together and enjoy the food you have created. Please note: gluten, dairy and nuts are handled in our kitchen. Cross-contamination may occur. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements before booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / postponement policy. Please note, if you either cancel or postpone your booked class you will incur the following charges: - within 24 hours or no-show or late attendance = 100% - between 3 days and 24 hours = 20% (note 1) - more than 3 days = no charge Note 1: You will pay the 20% cancellation charge when you attend the rebooked class. There are no refunds if you cancel the class. Late attendance = 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time. Gift vouchers purchased for this class are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
