Service Description
Gift vouchers can only be used for dine-in at Arte della Pasta. Gift vouchers are not valid for takeaway orders. Each gift voucher must be used in one visit and cannot be split across multiple transactions. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / postponement policy. Please note, if you either cancel or postpone your booked class you will incur the following charges: - within 24 hours or no-show or late attendance = 100% - between 3 days and 24 hours = 20% (note 1) - more than 3 days = no charge Note 1: You will pay the 20% cancellation charge when you attend the rebooked class. There are no refunds if you cancel the class. Late attendance = 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time. Gift vouchers purchased for this class are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
