Kids : Free 10-16 yo : 40% off Program: Three hours of practice in which you will focus on learning how to: •Make the dought; •Stretching of sfoglia; •Prep the filling; •Cut and fill the sfoglia; •Learn how to complete the shape of the Ravioli. Following the class, tasting of pasta produced during the lesson. Additional information: Booking is obligatory. Materials and equipment are provided. The reimbursement fee isn’t foreseen for early withdrawal of the student or in the case of their absence. Gluten, lactose, and dried fruits are present in the rooms.
